Trim separation underneath rear wheel arch

Hi,

When I open the rear doors on my LR3, I notice that that the plastic trim lining the rear wheel arches has come unglued from the body, right along the edge of "fender". When the door is closed, the separated trim is hidden by the plastic trim on the curved part of the rear doors. However, it looks like it lets in water and moisture somewhere where it shouldn't. Is it worth the bother to fix and has anyone tackled this problem on their own?

Thanks in advance.

The rear fender splash shields (wheel arch plastic liners) are only held in by a number of screws and plastic clips, they shouldn't be 'glued' anywhere Rolling Eyes

If yours is not fitted correctly, it be have become dislodged, or could be distorted, try removing and replacing to see if it will fit back correctly.

You may have to remove the outer arch trim as well Wink

Worse case, you may need to obtain a replacement Whistle
