I've bought the above jack as well after having trouble with the smaller version. That twisted like the guys said on here said (should've done my homework first).
The above is a great piece of kit and lifts the car in seconds with ease. The only thing I've found, its easier to lift from the wishbone but the jack is to wide to get under the front ones, rear is no problem at all.
Any ideas?

Not if you've got a Shiney Mousse [CG] Adaptor.
The pin fits nicley into the chassis rail jack locating points.
Again giving precise, quick and confident lifting.

Yeah, I've got one, its great but suspension still lowers when lift from the OEM points, used it yesterday to put new rivets in my side step but front wheel was still on the ground?

That's strange, thought you'd get plenty of lift
Don't recall any limitations when I've been lifting mine ?
Is your jack maybe in need of bleeding - if such a thing can be done with jacks ? I was a normal heterosexual chap, but in these new woke awakenings I now identify as a Wardrobe.

Cheers,
Dont think so, its reasonably new. I bought the axle stands from machine mart as well, the heavy ones and you need to lift the car some to get it on to them.
Theres a lot of talk on here about how to get the wheels to stay put, I've tried a few things but the wheels still drop, not sure what im doing wrong?

It might just be that the moment mine is up, the wheels are off and on in a flash ....
.... Formula 1 pitstop stylee.
So maybe I've just not kept it up long enough to settle ? I was a normal heterosexual chap, but in these new woke awakenings I now identify as a Wardrobe.

I've got this Sealy 3 ton one:

It has a nice big rubber pad on it, and weights a bleedin' ton. Nice bit of kit and not very expensive.
