The Ultimate Polish - Any Recommendations
Well its getting close to the time of year where I can get to town on my D3, and get rid of the winter grime. Has anybody got any recomendations of the final polish
I am looking for ease of application, no too many swirls, and easy removal without bucket loads of DUST

Autoglym SRP is probably still one of the best all in ones and 'fills' swirls pretty well. Bit dusty but don't use too much.
Go over the top of it with Autoglym Extra Gloss protection for a lasting shine.
Halfords are 3 for 2 at the moment on cleaning gear too btw.

If you want to go up a few steps though do a search for Zaino, excellent stuff
No need to polish at all! Remember those shiny Rolls-Royce chauffeur driven cars of old? This is how they did it.
Wash car using only a bucket of warm water to which one desert-spoon-full of paraffin has been added. Rinse with clean water. Dry with leather. By third wash you will be up to spec.
I suggest you wear gloves though as the paraffin brings off all sorts of dirt and the water goes black quickly to begin with. No polish needed as the thin film of paraffin glistens and repels water. Just remove dust with a soft cloth as you await master to call for your services.
I've used this method to great effect since I learned it from a chap who was trained as a RR chauffeur in 1919.A vaccine does not stop you catching a virus, or passing it on, or getting ill from it, really ill. It does reduce the likelyhood of you dying when really, really ill. Stay Alive - KEEP AWAY FROM PEOPLE.

Parafin, never heard of that.........................and if its that good, especially for a Rolls, then why aint detailers doing it.
Perhaps because it takes no time at all to do, and paraffin is cheap? However, these are things that attract me to it.
P.S. If you don't use gloves then 3/4 hour soak in bath will fix hands. Nice way to get a bit of P&Q as well.A vaccine does not stop you catching a virus, or passing it on, or getting ill from it, really ill. WOW !
Never heard of the parafin thing before ! And i though i was a statto on cleaning the car
ive used AG Super resin polish before with the extra gloss protection on top to good effect, topping up after every other wash with the EGP repells water and shines for a good while,
I,e said this before on here so i'll have to say it again, KLASSE ! similar to AG SRP & EGP the KLASSE is a two part application a red bottle for cleaning removing dirt and a silver bottle to seal the paint !
This stuff is awesome ! and i think you will find many car detailers using this stuff ! i know of 1 in particular who keeps it in unmarked bottles so his customers dont see what it is !!!!!!!
And this wonder stuff ! ULTIMA PAINT GUARD PLUS.
According to the above said car detailer ! this stuff will or is already turning the detailing industry on its head,
For ease of application it just cannot be matched............
I have a bottle its applied by a microfiber pad onto nice clean surface and it sheets water.
Its all down to individual preference in the end though just keep us posted on your choice of product and the results as you find them !

Last time I checked, the rain was water based!A vaccine does not stop you catching a virus, or passing it on, or getting ill from it, really ill. It does reduce the likelyhood of you dying when really, really ill. Stay Alive - KEEP AWAY FROM PEOPLE.

The music business is a cruel and shallow money trench, a long plastic hallway where thieves and pimps run free, and good men die like dogs. There's also a negative side.
