Uneven wear !!

Recently had fitted two new Scorpion tyre's to the front due to wear down to the wire reinforcement on the inside edge to both. Tracking sorted when fitted. Four months down the line i can see the same uneven wear starting to happen to both tyres. Anyone got any ideas on possible cause ?? Sapper811

Hi there,

I had uneven wear, not as severe, turned out to be the ball joints.

Do you get a slight steering wheel shimmy?

Might also be under/over inflation of they tyres.

Id still lay a small bet that its the ball joints tho.

Got a few humps near by, but usually live on the motorway ! It needs pads soon so will get the ball joints checked,
