V8 Petrol Symposer ????

Morning all....I am calling on all V8 boffins to assist here please.

My V8 had the Timing Tensioners and Chain done in May / June 2019. No I have developed and funny "pump" like noise which seems to be coming from the symposer. Basically the vacuum chamber that separates oils and gases and recycles it around the motorcar. They seem to be a common problem on the SC V8's and now mine which is the normal Disco4 V8. Has anyone else experienced this, and if so how much and how long to fix?

The guys where I am recon about a day or so, and requires the right hand "Tapet" cover gets replaced as well... They are happy I drive the car for a couple of months, but it will get worse with time. But they have not told me how much yet....
