VAT QUALIFYING SECOND HAND VEHICLES
If a buy a second hand vat qualifying vehicle and I am not vat registered are there any issues?
I guess as I wouldn't be reclaiming vat the vehicle would then not qualify once sold on or would i have to pay vat once sold on?

No issue. You just can't claim the VAT back like a business could. Again, as you are not VAT registered, you can't add VAT the price when you sell it.Richard
