There's loads on Ebay at around £30 or so. I've got myself a D4 one to go in soon, but just need the time to do it. Volunteer driver with 4x4 Response South East Wales

Just make sure no dirt or grit is trapped around the bezel, this can stop them from working on the touch side of things.
