Water in Fuel?

Water in Fuel?

onboard computer says there is water in fuel, and to drain filter, is this a common occurrence, anything to be wary of, 62 plate, 23k miles..

I had to have fuel filter housing changed on mine to sort the problem. 8 year old car with 115000 miles though so maybe not relevant?
