water pipes pressurising

hi i have been having a problem with the heaters not blowing hot unless you rev the engine hard or go on dual carriage way and do about 70mph thats when the heaters start to get hot but when i stop again its back to the same.

i have changed the thermostat and water pump but still the same problem.
the water pipes are hard to squeeze and when i had someone raving it for me i noticed that water was coming out of the water cap once they let off the throttle.

i have had people saying head gasket but no oil in water or vice verser

thanks in advance for any help

Old trick is to fill the water expansion bottle to the brim, leave the cap off, start the engine at tick over and look for bubbles rising in the water bottle, if bubble appear you've got a gasket fault at least. It is unusual if not unknown for a gasket to have blown and you do not have severe overheating, particularly if giving it a blast.
I would check you have not got an air lock in the system, have you done the full bleed procedure of the water system? Is the cap seal a good fit?
Is there any sign of "mayenase" (white oily gunge) under the oil filler cap?

 It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.
