Buenas noches, desde España, poseo un disco 3 que me llena de satisfacciones, ademas un land rover 88 especial de 1976 echo en la factoria española de Linares bajo licencia Santana. Espero aprender de los reyes de la marca.

picked up my disco 3 in toga green this weekend and must say........very,very happy .......
missing a cargo cover so on the hunt for that.....having the rear windows tinted this week to keep prying eyes away and generally loving it......had it out on the Surrey A roads today for a few hours and can't fault it.

Hi folks, finally made the transition to D3, picked mine up (not literally) a couple of weeks ago. And I wish I’d got one sooner. I’m not new to land rovers, had a hippo, puma and a d2 which have all been substantialy modified, not going to mistreat my D3 like that. I’ve got a few modifications in the pipeline, but not the sort of 7” lift and 35” tyres that I’ve done previously.
spent a few hours over the last couple of weeks looking over old posts, loads of useful info and great pics.
Cheers.
DS.

Buenas noches, desde Kinross, Escocia, es agradable ver que tienes un Disco 3 y un Land Rover 88, lo mejor de ambos vehículos, bienvenido

Hi DS, sounds like you’ve had a seriously modified garage but a hippo! Enjoy your D3

Thanks for the welcome, just bought my first Disco 3 after many years of Defender and Disco 1 ownership. It'll be used for mainly camping and greenlaning trips, maybe the occasional pay&play. I'm looking forward to finding out how good these are off-tarmac!

Realised I’ve never introduced myself, how rude.
Proud owner of 08 HSE, made the mistake of buying from a dealer, and not doing all my research before getting giddy on the forecourt and slapping down my money.
3k of maintenance to get her right and she is nearly sorted. Just a steering wheel vibration to sort out.

as stated picked up my disco 3 on Saturday and Tuesday night had the handbrake fail.....!!!gggggrrrrr
took out warranty so no big issues but because it happened so soon after purchase the warranty isn't live yet!!!!ggggrrrrr....still waiting but should be online today........
should I change the fuse first as a matter of course or leave it to the garage to seek and destroy problem?
apart from that loving it as does family and friends....

Picking up my 1st Disco3 on Monday from Tredown now they’ve pretty much got it sorted, so looking to add a bit of adventure to my young family’s life. Also hoping to avoid getting stuck at Point-To-Points as many times as I did last year in my wifes rollerskate. So first job will be replacing the Pirelli road tyres with some all terrains - probably grabber AT3s from Mid Devon Tyres.
Also just asked LRE Westcountry to add me to their email list for their 2018 TREK dates. Sounds like a good family day out.
