I had a similiar noise on 2010 D4. |

I had a similar noise. Hard to make it consistent when stationary as in your video but when
pulling away under load you get it more consistently.
It was worse when cold.
It went away at 2500 revs when second turbo cut in. (Both turbos open so pressure in manifold reduces as two ways to escape)
It progressively got worse over 12 months.
Turned out to be a warped right hand exhaust manifold. The part has been superceded a number of times and seems to be a common issue.
It warps and breaks/or pulls out the back stud, resulting in a leak between exhaust manifold and head.
It was very hard to tell where it was exactly coming from but sounded like on right hand side.
Regards
Gerry

A (late) update.
The body had to come off in the end, as it turned out to be the crossover pipe between the two turbos.
The smoke test gave the impression that it was coming from an offside pipe but turned out not to be the case. All sorted now and going like a good ‘un
