Wet A pillar - no sunroof

All the searches I've done mostly blame the sunroof drains for a wet a-pillar, but I don't have a sunroof but my right side a-pillar/ roof is completely soaked... seems to originate near the sun visor. Any hints?

Or the outer 'A' pillar trim attachment clips, they have seals on them which can deteriorate, and the clips break easily. there may even be an open hole there at the top, that will need taping over / sealing in some way.

There's a welded seam under the roof trim that is known to leak too. One poster took ages finding it by constantly wetting the area with a hose pipe. There's a pic on a previous thread too.

Found it: http://www.disco3.co.uk/forum/topic152790-22.html, it was Nasher who sorted it. Thumbs Up

Ended up being a wrongly fitted rubber seal in the roof rack track close to the windscreen. Easy fix. Now waiting for rain... still sunshine and 20ยบ in Portugal. Smile
