The highest mine has been is a measly 2200 feet above sea level on Grasshill Causeway, it is the highest green lane in England though

You've made me think sat nav in off rd is limited to 9990ft.
Must see if limited to 4 digits. Maybe in meters will display more.

Perfectly normal browsing behaviour, I'm afraid. They'll try anything, once! Then forget and try it again and again and again... Could you not outrun them? Went for a job as a human cannonball. Not the right calibre.

Was sleeping in the car at the time!!! Resorted to switching on the reversing lights and honking the horn, but they laughed at my feeble efforts. Note to self, when you pitch up to wild campervan, don't think the horses are cute.

Took a Fiat Panda up Veleta peak in Sierra Nevadas, ~11,000ft. Both it and me were seriously short of breath. Plan to do it with the D3 at some stage, poss next year.

In England ... I would think Top of Honister slate mine ... about 2000ft??
In the UK... summit of the Corrie = 2761ft?
In Europe ... Pyrenees .. approx 8000ft
Though I may have been higher in the Alps
In Africa ... High Atlas ... not sure of exact altitude but somewhere in the region of 8500ft Edit: approx 9200
Long succession of Disco's since 2001...
SIII Lightweight - neglected & rusting. Bulkhead, A panels, vent panel & outriggers now disintegrated - Next years project!

Cows are worse and sheep are noisier! I drove over a molehill today...and have previously parked at Cairngorm ski area: 537m. Went for a job as a human cannonball. Not the right calibre.

technically, but I did take my S2a over the Cirque de Jaffa in Morocco, and it was seriously high. This pic was taken at the summit. ISTR it was getting on for 8k ft, but I may be wrong.
It was freezing cold, and was probably the toughest days driving I have ever done. 180 miles off road in less than perfect conditions.
The 2a was completely gutless at this altitude.

Edited, not 10k, 8k. I just checked my gps log.

We have an apartment in a Les deux alpes, used local knowledge and ski resort access tracks to get to the 3100m 11'000ft
There is one more track to the top of a ski lift that is around 3300m
would like to start a 2 Mile High Club!

Steady Tiger! 2 miles is 3218.7 m. You can keep your trousers on, for now. Went for a job as a human cannonball. Not the right calibre.
