whinging engine.. any ideas

I cant seem to pinpoint this whining noise I have with my D3. It is most apparent when warm and driving though still audible when stationary, more so in the cabin. Difficult to hear underneath due to the rest of the rattles!
I think its to the rear sides of the engine as I have had the aux drive belt and fan of and it is still there.

Sorry for the poor video but any thoughts would be welcomed?

It was the wooshing noise when the revs dropped, that made me mention it

Managed to check today and it cycles nicely with the ignition and moves freely..

Cant see any evidence of leaking gaskets or boost pipes either... found a bolt i'd dropped though..

Going to swap in new silicone boost pipes and see if that changes anything..
