white crystal marble type stuff

hi people,

probably an easy one, sat on the drive the other day with the car in access mode, for the mother-in-law!, heard a pop from the near side rear area, orange light came on with message of suspension fault, it wouldn't go up to nomal mode then, got out of the car and there was a load of white crystal marble type stuff all over the floor, anyone got any idea whats gone on there?

appriciate any help
thanks

Interesting....

I also live in Leeds, I was driving along yesterday, got the warning beep, an orange light and the message :-

SUSPENSION FAULT NORMAL HEIGHT ONLY

The message now re-appears a few seconds after starting the engine and attempting to change the ride height only speeds up the message delivery.

I can't see any white crystals, but is this also likely to be the compressor? I figured it was either that or one of the air shocks.

Anyone know how much a compressor or air shock costs to change? Rolling Eyes

TIA/Cheers
BAM

PS - Has a compressor manufacturer being going round sabotaging D3's in Leeds recently!?! Laughing

BAM, try this as a simple job, may be just the filter clogged up with Mud.

the filter is actually inside the car, rear nearside wing Thumbs Up shouldnt get clogged up unless you drive through mud 6ft deep with the doors and tailgate open
