Gotta ask why you would want to make the iconic D3 look like a D4 Confused

You're quite right Martin, this real one from tdmathis shows it better.

When you consider the reduced height of the headlight the difference in the length of the front wing looks even bigger.

assuming that the bonnet is the same as a D3 then the decreased wing length is quite easy to see, on the current
model the 'point' at the front of the bonnet where it sweeps down meets the end of wing but on the pics of the D4

the 'point' is further forward in line with the leading edge of the headlight side reflector...
 and theeeeennn......???

Why would you want a bronze front end on your car? They do only come in bronze, don't they? I mean if all we have to go on is the photos at this stage then all the evidence points towards bronze. Or that bluey silver. But definitely not any other colours.

If you go by the photos that is. But why would anyone want to make decision based just on photos? Whistle
I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

Why...Why....I MEAN WHY!!!!

Leave it alone
Iv'e seen some pretty poor conversions in my time

Disco2 td5 with facelift 03 onwards conversions...they look hideous and everyone will point at you going..."Oh, bless he can't afford a new one"

D3 is a D3
D4 will be a D4

Err... yes! The Tdi Discos are the same platform (original Range Rover chassis).

Td5 Discovery (Discovery Series II) was an entirely new chassis - it was not common to the previous model, despite its appearance.
