Looks amazing but consider comparing the time effort to just buying a new one that's good for 5 years. You could have fitted it in 2 hours

Refitted the heater airvent panel, sealed it with silicone , then when dry will give it a coat of black paint for it to blend in better

As I noticed when I washed the panel it would pour through the seams

Just gave it a quick coat , know it doesn’t look perfect but won’t be seen and is now sealed so water can’t get past on this section

Hi Gary, looks great- where did you buy your Hycote cans from? Their site doesn’t list anyone near me 😒

Ta!

Very welcome , shucks ur make me blush Laughing

Hardest bit I found was not over spraying the middle of the scuttle panel where the holes were as I was concerned of the paint running , I also used wet and dry in between coats

Plse let us know how u get on and plse feel free to ask with any questions Thumbs Up

Why thank u kind sir Bow down

One of the hardest things was getting the wiper arms off , had to use a puller after soaking it in plus gas ,

Well pleased as it still looks the same as the above pics

Thks again Thumbs Up

Wipers can be difficult to remove

You can get pullers on eBay

May want to do mod, shield the air intake with plastic milk bottle while it’s off, to avoid water getting inside
