I know that many of us are still highly frustrated about the unresolved issues with (at least) the early build vehicles, but I thought a bit less serious posting might be welcome (not that we will let up on making LR face up to its obligations ).
So, disregarding the "faults to fix" - are there any serious (or indeed wild) items that we would like to see either on a "next model" of the Disco or indeed for 3rd party manufacturers to offer for the Disco??

I wish for all that Pelyma mentions as the plastic is not good and if like the LR 110's will fade in about 6 months when the sun attacks it. Would also like to see adjustable head restraints. Pushes my head forward and is distracting. The seats in my 'S' version are absolutley awful. It was purchased as a tool to cover 100,000 miles per year. After 500 miles the other day, it nearly broke my back. Think it came out of 1986 Ford Granada!

Here is my "wish list".
A better clock to tell the time.
An opening sun roof for the 2nd and 3rd row seats.
opening side windows for the third row seats.
Some map pockets and baggage nets like the series 1 and 2 discos.
Better all terrain tyres.
A softer armrest on the drivers door.
A better roof rack (one with stronger bars that extend up to the edge of the vehicle). Carrying 3 or more kayaks on the Disco's current roof bars is too hard.
How about auto closure of the windows & sunroof with the remote deadlocking?, and the (non-existent if we believe LR ) cabin pre-heater functioning from the remote control?

Forward extension of roof rails to allow positioning of roof rack cross bar further to the front of vehicle.
Digital display of: speed (in addition to analog), and current gear (not just in sport mode).
Opaque sunroof shade(s).
8-way power adjustment on SE driver's seat.
Sport and comfort (and auto) settings for air suspension.
