Xmas tree dash

Hi all just joined bought myself a black 06 disco3 tdv6 hse that needed an engine from Ireland came with a 06 plate jag 2.7 sport with low mileage. I have now fitted the new engine and she runs spot on but the dash is like a Xmas tree .the hazard lights are flashing suspension is right down showing transmission fault special programs off stuck in low ratio temp gauge jumps up and down rev counter comes and goes abs light is on handbrake goes on but comes off when you release the button I need your help guys I really need your help

I could do with a good laugh it's been a lot of hard work and burst knuckles just to get the engine in but I followed disco Mickey for that part
