Despicable. No other words for it. They need a prolonged and thorough beating since this is the only language they understand.
But, nothing's going to change until our "esteemed" law enforcement persons actually do what the people want. i.e. pay more attention to the scum like this and stop with their constant persecution of decent folks (soft targets if you prefer).
