Passed it's second MOT. All clear.
Never been as paranoid about any car as much us this one before (and I've run new cars for the last 20 years). The forum is so useful, but it's important to keep the problems in perspective !
CheersGary

Had suspension yellow warning yesterday, normal height only... Code C1A20-64.
Had pre-empted this and bought a refurb kit April last year, just never got around to doing it. Started with the desiccant found perished o-ring and the filters in poor state.
Replaced with a new cap, given all the issues with micro cracks noted with the oem. Fitted and tested... All good, suspension moves a bit quicker too

Fitted cairns blue caps on the headlight washers. Problem solved I guess.

Was going to fit new rear mudflaps but the existing screws were in such bad shape that simply touching them with a Phillips screwdriver made the receptacle softer... guess I need to take off the plastic sides and cut/saw away the existing screws.

Replaced rear brake pipes and coated in waxoyl - well I didn't, Gavin at G & G Automotives did
Then MOT time - passed, no advisories - 157,000 miles Uncle Ray's spare wheel protector
Limo Tint
Blackvue front & rear dashcam
Cruise control switch pack
Bodsy's remote for FBH
Surprised the car made it to 127,000 miles with the original design of pipe fitted. In the 2,000 miles I've owned it I soon realised there was an issue as I mostly drive a low revs, but on the occasions I boot it I've filled the road with blue smoke - hopefully no more.
Original design secondary turbo oil drain - You can just about see the entire route with the start motor removed, with the secondary turbo fairly central in the photo and the drain point in the sump (below the oil level, hence the smoke) in the top right corner.
Modified design secondary turbo oil drain - a much shorter pipe going into the block, maybe 10-15mm below the secondary turbo.
Blanking plate for original drain location below the oil level sump
Removing the starter motor was a real , but otherwise quite an easy job to do during an oil change.
Thanks to Dan at Duckworths for the parts.
Regards,
Steve

Pete, there is indeed a blank over the new drain hole, but you will not see it until the starter motor has been removed. The photo below is looking directly up at the secondary turbo with the old pipe fitted. The blank bung is at the bottom right.
An here is the bung removed from the car.
It's too early to comment on whether it has fixed my smoke screen, but it is a known fix so I'm very hopeful.
Regards,
Steve
