Its a regular topic of conversation here so I thought I would clarify what we can offer.
We have now replaced our basic original style arm kit with the Heavy Duty or Armoured version (Standard on the RR Sport)
£199 2 Arms with Fitting kit containing Nuts & Bolts, Washers and replacement Hub Nutsuts bolts washers - Kit standard on the RR Sport and an improvement for the standard Discovery 3 - 2 Year Warranty
£245 launch price Is our new offering which is a custom made arm by us. We buy from the same factory as the RRS arms as a bare arm and then fit to it OEM Lemforder bushes and Ball joints, again these come with all the fittings. 3 Year Warranty.
Please note that this kit will rise to £270 in the New Year, still a considerable saving over LR prices.
£345 gets you a custom made pair of arms fitted with SuperPro bushes and again comes with all the fittings. 3 Year Warranty as an assembly although SuperPro bushes are covered for lifetime.
All arms are now fitted with the larger 35mm ball cup ball joint

I'm confused  So the same components originally fitted to a D3 were not particularly long lasting, sturdy bushes....... Is this what is fitted to these new offerings, or are you fitting bushes that were fitted to a RRS ORIGINALLY Steve ? D3 owned from new, P017 brake recall, BAS FBHIC, new FBH, LR013487 oil pump, new water pump. RRS front lower suspension arms. New suspension compressor/ relay. New Denso alternator. CuNifer rear brake pipes. New GKN rear propshaft. New HPFP belt & tensioner. New A/C Condenser.NO WARRANTY for many many years.

So the £199 rrs arms are aftermarket and the new ones your offering are custom made arms but with original equipment rrs bushes and ball joint ? Am I right ? I just got confused with the whole rrs arms and what not too Jarrod

The £199 RRS kit is an off the shelf product that we buy in - Aftermarket product - Standard on the Sport but HD for a D3.
Next - We now have a standard arm kit (assembled in house) offering made with Lemforder product to the original equipment specifications for the D3. Lemforder is unquestionably the best product.
Next & not listed in this thread - We have also built a RRS version of the Lemforder product (harder bushes) and that is in the RRS section of our website and priced @ £270. Paul Redding

Thanks for the clarification Steve, I may well be tempted by the last option...RRS bushed arms, assuming there wouldn't be any problem fitting them to a D3 ? They will fit exactly the same, no issues at all. Price is already set these @ £270 though less ADVLRF discount code.

D3 & D4 arms are the same.
LR have had a raft of different part numbers but the metal work is the same and now all of the bushes and ball joints are the same numbers.
Front bush RBX500311 now LR051585 (Lemforder 3438901)
Hydra bush RBX500291 now LR025159 (Lemforder 3439301)
Ball joints now all RBK500280 35mm ball cup size (Lemforder 2959001) Paul Redding

I saw a set of these on Friday. Very neat welding.
Can't imagine why anybody would pay full price for Genuine LR ones when you can get these for quite a bit less.
