[For Sale] D3 HSE Auto (spares/repairs)
It is with great sadness I am forced to sell my D3 2.7 HSE Auto In Cairns blue. 186100miles,
First registered November 2005
V5C two keys and receipts for works done present
Engine pulls like a train starts first turn.
Regularly serviced by myself every 6000 miles since I’ve owned him.
We’ve had him in the family for 5 years.
MOT due 15 September 2023
Heated leather seats front being electric memory.
Rear heated.
Harmon Kardon sound system with 6-disc player
Sat nav
D4 storks and EPB switch
Rubber mats front rear and boot
D4 LED rear lights (with resisters)
Private plate (included in the sale)
The bad points
Body has age/milage related marks.
Torque converter judders
OSR wheel bearing squeaks
Steering column getting a little stiff.
Parking sensors front / rear faulty.
Paint on bonnet and roof flaking (been professionally wrapped with 12-year vinyl), pictures to let you see the before available.
NSF outer drive shaft gaiter has a small split (noted on MOT as advisory)
Possible NSF ride height senor/wiring
Will probably need two new tyres.
AC works but would benefit from a re-gas.
I would do all these repairs myself, but due to house move I no longer have a drive to do work on and the lease on the house prevents me from major vehicle repairs. And unfortunately, I can’t afford garage prices, (plus I don’t trust garages so do everything myself, and yes I’m qualified automotive tech)

And he's not sat on bump stops he's in access mode

I've come up with a way to fix and keep him
