Having bought another family car in 2023 I had planned to keep the D3 for fun but the reality is that I have hardly used it, so it is now up for sale. I acquired the vehicle in 2016 and has full service history since I have owned it, and I also have a lot of history before (possibly full but I haven't checked all the service intervals etc).
The Good Bits:
Arguably the best engine LR have ever used
New battery
Nearly new Tyres
Starts and runs well
No leaks from sunroof
Huge history
Full set of LR rubber mats
The Bad Bits:
Parking sensors not working, fronts probably easy to fix, rears are complicated by the spare wheel carrier
Aux input / iPod dock installed but recently stopped working
Passenger door lock actuator occasionally lazy
Major component changes:
LPG System fitted at 53k miles, complete with valve lube system and no signs of valve seat regression
AMK Compressor 116K
Front Differential replaced 120k
Air Conditioning Condenser 134k
Torque Converter 135k
Gearbox oil change and new filter
Rear drive shaft 150k
LPG System Overhaul 153k
Rear Differential replaced
Alternator 215k
All Suspension Arms replaced in 2020/21
4x Pirelli AT+ tyres fitted at 237k
