Whats the going rate for the above to be done at an indy on a D3?

They'd be a bit mad to do them to a price. I had mine done for last MOT and one side took 4 hours and EVERYTHING seized solid. The other side took a couple of hours and everything came apart well.
Pay by time as it will be fair.

A year or so ago, £330 for both supplied and fitted, did come off very easily though Joined the BMWX5 45e group

done 2 months ago.....£79 for one....no labour breakdown for that specifically,as it was part of a "few" bits getting done  "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool,than to speak out and remove all doubt" ?.....what rubbish...
