I'm seem to be getting water in the footwell on the passenger side, i've looked not too sure whats happening, i think i can see a hole where maybe a grommet goes. ???

Step 1 fold down glovebox and see if pollen filter wet.
Step 2 could be sunroof drain
3!could be A pillar. External
4 could be door seal.
5 could be seam weld

Sounds like your sunroof drain grommet are a gonner better to replace with other pipe rooting it through the hole for th grommet, done 2 of my discos now without any issues again
