I assume you mean it went over to colchester for de-commissioning, chances are they've not got the space nor the time, seen a few 09 plates around the north now, colchester do alot of police spec'd vehicles as well, perhaps the "Interceptors" were having their new "scoobies" done ahead of yours!!!
so when off on the north bound slip road at warwick, junction 15, m40, I need to look left as I come up and he'll be down in the yard along with all the others waiting for a transporter to come then Dave?

" If you spend a fair old chunk of your life equipping innocent-looking vans with police cells and fitting cars with everything required — short of firearms — by the local constabulary's armed response unit, then you're unlikely to welcome nosey parkers. That's why Ford insists that the precise location of its Special Vehicle Preparations (SVP) operation, on an obscure industrial estate in Essex, is kept firmly under wraps. "
I rest my case, Colechester, ESSEX!!
Then over to Warwick to be inspected ahead of been given a ticket to ride from your boss man, ones ready for de-commissioning are often gathered there ahead of the transporter calling in, its a council depot with a salt shed, a few portacabins for you guy and a off shed with nice new HA vehicles in it
