I have the same problem on mine on both front seats even though the drivers swab has been replaced. It looks as if there is a wire under the fabric.
Will have to get them to sort it again hopefully with a better result this time.

as part of this fix, there were some "alternate" squabs and fabric, as I had both of mine replaced under warrenty on my 55 plate S. The side bolsters were higher and firmer, and the telltale for the change was the side bolster fabric had some diagonal stitching across it which the original/standard ones didnt have.
