Maxxraxx do one that fits on the D3 detachable tow bar and you can still use your towing bracket for towing your caravan.

I adapted an old rack to fit on my upper tailgate.
4 suckers on rear screen, 2 straps on top, 1 each side and 1 bottom of upper tailgate.
Also got a security wire strap that locks rack/bike to tailgate.
All clamps are sheathed in rubber to prevent body damage.
Unit is extremely stable with absolutely no wobble and no restriction in D3 road speeds.
Doesn't require extra lights & number plate [unless plod are extremely picky].
Can open rear tailgate with bike attached.
Oh, and tow the tintent as well with it on.
Just need to add my Kayak up top for easter hols.
BUT, I wouldn't want to use it for more than two lightweight bikes.
