Handbrake clean up during service
Just had a 25K service and all went well except they phoned to say that LDR have recommended a Park break clean out ?..They wanted to charge £75 but I said "no" as I wasn't sure what it was..If LDR recommend it at a Service, shouldn't it be covered under the service and not an added option...Thought I would check to see if anyone has had it as well..

Not exactly sure but its no covered under normal service apart from inspection.
Trying to 'up sell' I would think.

Had this from local dealer (Frank Ogg, Elgib) except £57 inclusive. Was clean up & deglaze the pads, happy to have it done as they know what they are doing re the dreaded EPB.
