You just have to get in there and check visually. Easiest way is on a lift, wheels off and closely inspect the bushes with the aid of a pry bar. You can deflate the struts and unbolt the bottom strut mount to aid inspection.

Sounds exactly like my car when it needed 2 new tires and wheel alignment.

Get your slow puncture fixed and any tires replaced as necessary.

Get your wheel alignment done.

Then see how it drives. If still bad then look at suspension. I think wear on bushes would need to be really really bad to affect the handling and tires are the more likely contributory factor.

Consider alignment too. If your toe is bad for example, the tires are effectively fighting each other and with four wheels driven the issues get magnified further. It's probably the various stability systems constantly dealing with these issues that make the ride so choppy and squirmy.
