Wife definitely thinks I´m being a bit silly.
Wait until I get my 40-year-old crisis, I replied....
Yes, going through the manual. This thing has so many settings, adjustments, etc. I think I´ll be spending my morning studying....
BTW as wife and I arrived at the dealer´s, there was a couple looking at a RRS. As soon as my new car was pulled into the showroo,, and just before they got a chace to put the sign with my name on it, the couple got inside to look at it!!!
I told the dealer that I want a commission if he fits them with a D3....
Off to the manuals.....JL Martin

I'm still in love with it and still sneek into the garage for a peek even after 1 year.

Will be picking up my D3 in 3 hours now. I looking for the delivery checklist suggestions in this forum. Can't find them, does some one have the thread?
Many thanks.
I must say that I can't wait to put myself behind the steering wheel.

Thanks Juan Luis, I have finally found it after some searching.
Picked up my D3 yesterday , except for a cracked plastic cover on the expedition roof rack everything seems to be OK.
Oh yes my dealer forgot to install one of the option I had ordered , the towing hook and electrical connector.
I drove home yesterday just as happy as can be. And this morning almost had a chance to try the D3 on snow, no kidding. Temp. was 1° C. I am happy to have opted for the winter pack , it was usefull on my very first day with the D3.
I need to read the owner's manual and look at a possible modification of the roof rack to accomodate my hangglider. I need to able to remove the front "fairing" and the rear cross bar at times.
