Guys

Sorry should have said who the site is, you are going to love me for finding this one. Even ebay is there and its not a scam as I've being using it for 3 months. There is a £5 annual fee but they take it out of your cashback so if you don't earn any you don't pay £5.
I've had cashback so far from.

HMV
Comet
Woolworths
Morethan
Churchill
Ebay
CD wow

Total is just over £200 so far. Ebay give you 35% of the sellers fees if you win an auction on Ebay. Its not a massive amout but it all adds up.
They don't spam you so don't worry on that front.
www.quidco.co.uk

Another is:

www.greasypalm.co.uk they are a little more commercial and the cashback seems to be about half of quidco but they do have some sellers on there that quidco don't have so can be worth a look. If your going to join let me know first as I can have £7 for introducing a friend Very Happy

Don't get me started on the mystery shopper stuff aswell. I've had a free KFC today and the wife spent £12 at pizza hut and had all her money back. BP will give me £10 worth of free fuel upto 10 times a month. Thumbs Up

Let me know what you all think. Sometimes the cashback can change month on month so check back. Also make sure you follow the instructions and link through their site. I've tried getting a quote through their link and also with the company direct and it's no different. They don't link you to a special site or anything like that.

NFU have come up trumps with my wife's D3. A saving of £60 plus I get offroad cover.

NFU Direct (the national line) went to great pains to tell me how good their off road cover was as standard (due to the farming industry work & all that)

They definately DON'T cover timed events or races or trials though.

That plus the new for old (first 2 years) replacement cover clinched it (oh, and the cheapest insurance price.... Embarassed )

Well I told them that I wanted offroad cover but I will check the insurance when it arives. Besides Mrs VA's D3 is unlikely to see much mud!

In the current copy of AutoExpress (new one out on Wed so be quick!) is a survey (from 30,000 users) of insurance companies and NFU came out tops.

The top 5 where:

1. NFU
2. Saga
3. RIAS
4. Frizzell
5. Royal & Sun Alliance

Bottom 5 where:

41. Budget
42. Admiral
43. Halifax
44. Endsleigh
45. Norwich Union

See cover shot if anyone wants to buy this. Well worth £1.90.

NFU really Censored me off, I wish all their phone monkeys had the same story, I've tried them twice in the past for quotes, one told me they don't cover modified vehicles when others on here have had their mods covered by them and last time I got told they don't do standard off road cover when that's the main reason many on here get cover from them.

Frankly NFU I don't know how you do well in any survey when half your staff plainly don't know what cover you do offer!

Si, have you tried calling a rural NFU office and spoken to them personally and not a call centre ?

The one in Ludlow seem very good and have many many times re-confirmed that I have off road cover a long as its non competitive.

Never asked about mods though.

I'll second what Simon said.....I've used NFU for six years for my commercial vehicles and the D3. I've always used the local office agents and you do get really good service.

What's the point of having different offices offering different cover,? I'm not going to ring around them all until I find one that does what I want

Also, the local offices aren't open when I'm trying to get quotes in the evenings or weekends
