| Resetting the 'one touch' operation on the sunroof |
|
forgot about this one until I had to do it today
disconnecting the battery will cause the sunroof to lose it's one touch functions, to reset it, press and hold the close button (with the key in position 1) until the sunroof cycles through a full open and close movement, release the button, turn the key off then turn to position 2 - sorted TorqTune

TFC, does what you describe fully close the roof? I have one touch closure, but only from fully open posistion to the tilt position. I thought this was the norm, but your post has got me thinking.

LT, your operation is correct, it's 'one touch' insofar as you don't have to hold the switch, to go from fully open to fully closed is indeed two presses TorqTune

...you have to hold it from the tilt to shut on mine also which is annoying........and means quite often it gets left open until the rain comes in as you just stab the button again and assume it is closing.......surprisingly qiuet when in the tilt position yes I really am this boring

Thanks TFC, just as I thought. Did hope that maybe I'd missed a way to close the roof with one press
