Starting to look at changing my D3 that I bought new in 2006
Will the last early D3 from new owner please turn out the lights when they abandon ship!
This is my second and she has done 142k and the first was a 54 plate that I did 26k in but had lots of issues. Those were the days though!
Cheers Martin & Gareth.
This sounds familiar. I had a new 54reg back in the 'old days' That was at the dealers for warranty work more than it was on the road Passed it on at 3 years old, couldn't face the prospect of owning it without a warranty. When it did work it was lovely, and I knew that once people knew how to fix them I would have to have another Discovery 4 HSE

Paul, I think the D4 luxury leather is fine and hard wearing. After 55k in 2 yrs 8 months it's as good as new. In fact, non of my Disco's have suffered any deterioration in the leather.
I do keep them clean, and use Autoglym leather care products regularly.
The HSE Lux steering wheel with the perforated leather is especially nice to hold!
