Headlights washer - loose
Hi,
Just back from holidays - did 3000 miles in my D3 during last 3 weeks - what a car
Did not miss a bit the whole way, and managed to fit lots of goodies from France to already full baggage compartment 8)
The only thing I've noticed afterwards is that one of the headlights washer is loose - it can be pulled out from the front bumper...
Do you think I can ask a dealer to fix it on the warranty during the first service or I need to remove the bumper myself? Can anyone who have removed the front bumper share valuable knowledge Have I lost some kind of clip ? Many thanks.

Here you go ...sorry its not great picture
Clip just slids in two little groves in the sides of the headlight washer.
Depending how technical you are , the bumper can be removed quite easily ..you also have to remove the grill , headlights , front wheel arches to get the bumper off.I have got it down to about 10 mins to get all the parts off,but had lots of practice /right tools at hand while fitting my hidden winch .

Thanks wiggs
It's not really big deal - the washer can be pushed in - so there is no rush with solution....
Will try to ask the dealer to fix it first Only if they won't oblige then will attempt to remove the bumper...
Are there any special tools needed ? (So I can get them before trying? )?D3 XS Manual - gone
