Can anyone tell me what I need to do to give my D3 a 100k (60,000mile) service?

You guessed it, my past experience with the dealer leaves me with no confidence that they have enough knowledge of the cars that they service.

This isn't a flame, but would you trust someone to service your car who has just asked this question?
Please don't rip my head off. I'm just saying...

If its still in warranty - which I imagine it would be - I would leave well alone and get another dealer to do it.
Unless you have access to Test Book etc... you'll probably have issues.

shop key 5 says to preety much inspect everything, ball joints, serpentene belt, PAS hoses, fuel lines, the works.
also it says to put the car into low range and drive 60ft., lube door hinges and locks, and wheel centers(?).
finally replace your oil, oil filter, air filter, and cabin air filter. Also you want to rotate your tires

Gilmorr, no offence, I have serviced my vehicles for over 40 years and trust my servicing more than the dealers we have here unfortunately there is little information as yet on the service information for the D3. At this point in time I will probably get a dealer ( ) to do it but I expect I will bite the bullet and and purchase one of the ECU interpreters to help.
