jetmech i got to ask why do u need a roof box if you're taking a caravan? i always wonder why when i see people on the motorway. Very Happy

We seem to take a lot of stuff with us on holiday and it's surprising how little extra weight you can put into a caravan before it reaches its maximum.
There were 3 dogs in the back of the car, so no room for luggage, plus 5 people.
I didn't calculate the total train weight, but hopefully the Disco gives me a good margin for error. I doubt that it was legal when we had a Volvo V70 Embarassed

Can I join he party even though I don't drive a disco yet? I'll be towing the same loads with it.

2 X IBCs - approx 1400kg each plus the weight of the trailer. Absolutely effortless!

Successfully collected the new boat earlier this week Very Happy (Despite someone stealing my tow bar last Sunday! Banging Head)

She weights about 2100kg on the trailer with no fuel and towed effortlessly @25mpg, i think filling her up will make the disco seem cheap with a 160l tank Laughing

I wish!
A vaccine does not stop you catching a virus, or passing it on, or getting ill from it, really ill. It does reduce the likelyhood of you dying when really, really ill. Stay Alive - KEEP AWAY FROM PEOPLE.
