Bluetooth kit
I know this has been mentioned before, but I couldn't find the answer. Does the dealer fit bluetooth option allow you to dial from the buttons on the stereo.
I would like to fit a kit to work with my Nokia N95, but if you can only use voice commands, then I will fit a Parrot system instead. I heard there was a software upgrade to allow this.
Also does anybody know the part numbers and costs of the bits required. I tried to search on the LRO website for some instructions (as somebody mentioned they were on there), but I couldn't find them.
Thanks

Countrywide, yes, you can dial from the keypad if you have the LR BT kit. You just hit the phone button, dial the number then hit the phone button again. That's the way I use it with my Nokia E61 and N93. Bodsys Brake Bible

I guess I am being lazy as I don't want to troll thru all the old theads on this, but wasn't there a difference between the LR Kit being fitted at a dealer and one installed at the factory ?.
Using the keypad seemed to be one of the issues.
It could be there was a subsequent software fix which just needed to be applied and the old thread on this didn't mention it or I just mis-understood it in the first place.
Assuming it does all work fine, anyone got a good price for the LR kit supplied and fitted ?

Hadn't heard of that one, but if it is the LR kit, then there is only one. So providing they've enabled it in the system settings, can't see how it would be different.

I probably should have worded it better, Think it is the same kit, just works differently hence a possible soultion was a software update for the delaer installed one.
