The above table shows 109 but oem pirelli shows a speed rating of Y whereas the Nexen clearly shows V.

I wouldnt worry to much about the speed rating as the disco just isnt fast enough
Mine has HR rating which apparently is 130mph and I can tell you it might just scrape an indicated 120 down a long hill and thats it theres simply no more to give, Im guessing the 3.0 has more legs at high speed but still be surprised if they can do 130mph as that takes some serious power with them aerodynamics.

This might help you
109 = load rating of 1030 kg, (111= 1090kg) V = speed rating of 149 mph (Y= 186mph) which I believe are well within the LR specification.

The tyre issue was mentioned and I was approached by used sales manager. I let him speak first to tell me about their procedures etc etc. When it was my turn I showed him the two items posted on here relating to after market parts and LR approved tyres. It all went quiet and a bit We'll see what happens. Thanks for the input and for making a Def2 member welcome.

Did you get the Disco ok, and most of all are you happy with it
Got the answer in another post all this excitements too much, I’m going to have to go and lie down, after a few Wee Grouses to toast your new D4 that is, if I don’t fall over first
