The early HSE should have the Harmon Kardon Logic 7 system. I always thought it was better than the H&K system in my D4. Make sure the Logic 7 but was turned on!

I would be thinking 11k for a 13 yr old car is pretty damned expensive, plus its black which is a nightmare to keep clean.
Like all old cars its all about the condition.
09 hse on ebay for 10495 with 109k on the clock in bonattii gray, great colour and still looks good when dirty!
