I have an IID and calibrated the steering angle sensor before.
Was the plastic collar secure on the shaft of the steering sensor
as they can become loose and move
I’ll check that, no related faults showing on IID.

Can I ask is everyone who fitted a Lion still happy with their rack?
I have had 2 failed units (technically 3 but 1 was for an LDV van) supplied by CPS via AF. Paul at AF has been great and has given me the option to pick my own supplier. Hearing good things about Lion but need some long term reviews.
Cheers

Hi harry no issues here
I’d change the lower steering column at the same time to remove all slack 👍🏻Metal auto sump & fluid change (3 hrs)
