Rubber/Foam A bar Keep or pitch |
|
Well I had to remove the bar and the front grill to replace a light bulb.
When removing I saw one of the attachments to the front top of the old grill was missing.
Not sure if I wanted to re install this feature, due to little or no functional help accept to mount a front license plate I guess. So I have been looking for the metal strap that runs from the top of the grill piece, to the friction clips on the A bar.
Is there a reasonably priced kit to fix these, or do I break out the vice, hammer and welder? Thinking about just fabricating some shackle brackets to fill the quite large holes in the bumper to cover things up amd add some pulling points to the bumper, albeit not too significant, mostly for looks I guess. 2005 Land Rover D3, 4.4L V8, Maya Gold Metallic
