Upper rear suspension arms
Had an advisory for the above on the MOT.
Any indicators of how much a garage charges to change these (not main dealer thanks!)

I would change in pairs but not everyone would. Depends on budget, too. You’ve got to do wheel alignment anyway so you “save” some not having to do it twice.
Can’t help you on price, though.

I was charged £150 to replace front upper and lowers arms inc drop links.
The same garage has quoted me £300 to replace the rear upper and lower arms inc drop links.
I supply all the parts though...

Hi, I have receipt for £726.24 from earlier this year ( fortunately before my ownership ) for supply and replace both rear upper suspension arms.

That’s cheating , u haven’t lived until you’ve changed them urself
Swearing , tearing ur hair out, scrapped knuckles , hours cutting bolts , what’s not to like
Had same advisory this year
F###that my LR specialist can change em next service ,getting to old and impatient now for cutting bolts in places I can’t get my hands
