Ravenol TF-0870 for the transfer box, it’s a known good and accepted substitute for the concoction JLR sells,
any 75W-90 API GL-5 oil for the differentials (have used Neste Hypoid and now recently Comma),
Engine is petrol so won’t confuse you with my preference
As riverblance said, any meeting or exceeding the specs fine.

You might want to update your profile to set the vehicle type

I am running Mannol 5/30 C3 in the D3, mainly as its what the wifes car uses so thats what the D3 gets, it is to good spec wise for the D3, but I have enough different tubs of oil as it is!
Mannol Gl5 75/90 in the diffs.
Mannol AG55 in the gearbox
Their oils seem decent spec, sensible prices if bought in 10/20 litre tubs.
Also using their 15/40 oils in the older land rovers, plus mine and a mates boat, some gensets/portable welders.
If you want their code/part numbers let me know, and I will dig them out of the garage for you.

Is a 75W-90 semi-synthetic oil safe to use in the diff's? I've got some Comma SX75W-90 GL5
that i'd like to use if semi-synthetic is ok, planning to change the diff oil in another 20k miles as it's done 100k and not had them done yet so kind of a flush change...
Only difference i've heard is that synthetic oil helps diffs run a few degrees cooler?
Thanks in advance

It’s ok if you really are going to change it again soon.
Think standard stuff in fully synthetic
