You could try charging it and see if it helps, either that or time to get your DMM out.

Took it for long drive with dead key in the ignition. That didn’t work. Charged the car battery with the ctek as well.

Same Issue

I recently had the same issue. I had long ago purchased a key and fob off ebay. That sat a while for me to get a key cut. Found an online vendor on here that did a great job on the key. They also send the key in a new fob, I assume the fob cover is from an source such as ebay cause they looked the same. Now this fob from key guy didn't have any guts in it, chip board etc. So I took the 'new' board with bat out of the previously purchased fob from ebay and programmed it. Everything was fine for 4-5 mths. Then one day after work I drove home and when I went to lock the car upon arrival, it didn't lock. I later went out to try things out and no joy. I put the original board from the original OEM key fob back in the new of and it worked fine. I am was wondering if the bay fob just had crap batterires.

Downhiller Was this fob of yours from ebay?

The case is an eBay case but the circuit board is the original LR board and is on its third battery. I changed the batteries myself. It is possible that I weakened something when doing the battery changes I suppose. But it is very odd that it stopped working at the same time as the alternator went and all whilst doing the amk suspension ecu flash.

Air Issue

As fr as the ir sus problem x2 on 4x4airseals.com, watch the video on the exhaust valve rebuild, and their kit is perfect fit. I had same issue and rebuilt the valve and away she went.

Even if you replace the compressor I 'd do the rebuild on the old one and use as a spare. That's what I did anyway as I had to order a new compressor to get going as the o-ring kit would not have arriaved when I needed the repair, that day of coarse, so ordered the kit anyway and will rebuild ontheold now the spare compressor.

Re the key problem. New key from eBay programmed and works fine. Old key now swims with the fishes.
