I fear there are 2 white versions?
And there is the possibility of differences in apps due to updates

Are you using the Original Autel software with yours?
Also how long ago did you purchase your Autel? I'm thinking that if indeed there are two different white ones then maybe the newer units are not supporting this and the older ones were.
Or different software.
Who knows....

Nice, you got a good deal then as I also purchased mine from ebay about 2 weeks ago but was not so lucky with its capabilities.

I got an Autel AP200 off eBay, “ Autel AP200 Bluetooth OBD2 Scanner Code Reader Diagnostic Tool TPMS Oil EPB BMS“. On the back of the package it shows a wheel and a strut sticking out under “component test”.
Just changed a faulty compressor and calibrated the suspension. It worked great. 👍
