Sounds like your D3 was built on a friday afternoon, I had a P38 a few years back, cost me 4k in 9 months
she had to go sold for 110 td5 this restored my faith, trouble free for 4 years
now sold for D3 3months, so far so good,
Good luck mac, hope they sort it, will be new when youve finished replacing bits welsh petrol head
Base 5 seat, ex HA with air, terrain, tip tronic and some bling (gone)
D4 Gs 7 seat totally standard for now

Oh yeah, I remember yours jibes too therefore you get NOWT, in fact you ALL GET NOWT, ebay fetches better prices
On a more serious note, diagnosis partially in. The screen was replaced by Autoglass, and on site at the dealers a while back. Now either Autoglass or the dealer didnt refit NEW trims and clips. It leaked badly, and a week later the dealer replaced the seals n clips.
However, the water ingress has caused electrical corrosion to an extent where the whole fuse box shorted. Not sure what will be involved and what parts required at the moment, or time scale.
PLEASE MAKE SURE WHEN YOUR SCREEN IS REPLACED THE TRIM AND CLIPS ARE REPLACED, ITS PART OF THE INSTALL.

Ah Mr B, you know how seeing you on here completes me so I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

I'm ashamed to say that I hit 'something' with the front edge of the n/s step whilst at the Ribble Valley meet at the weekend... I don't think the other half has noticed yet as it's still covered in mud...
Border Rover did warn me to take them off before the weekend but I didn't have time
Glad you are on the right track with the cause of the fault Mac As you slide down the banister of life
