Weight of Row 3 seats

This will hopefully get WTQOTD (Weird Techie Question of the Day) award - anyone know the weight of the seat unit for row 3 (cloth)?? Since my car's mega MOT bush replacement session its's trashed 2 rear tyres in 2,500 miles (worn out the inside). It's gonna need a 4 wheel allignment and ISTR weight is critical. As I have a load deck in the rear and the seats are in my spare room I was gonna fill up the boot with stuff of the same weight.

Anyone know the answer??

Cheers peeps! Thumbs Up Thumbs Up

cant you just dump the seats in the back loose whilst the alignment is done?

James ABSOLUTELY not, I push the limit of the scales as it is!! Whistle Whistle Al, thought of that but lugging them downstairs would be a major pain and there is the risk of them getting damaged at the stealer, was gonna put a couple of wheels & other junk in the back to make it up. Thumbs Up

From memory, my 2 rearmost (3rd row) LEATHER seats weighed 56 kgs.

Interesting that the weight is that critical for a 4 wheel alignment as I just had mine done (again) as I chop out my rear tyre inners in 30 000 kms. and I have had one of my middle row seats (23 kgs.) and both my third row out since 2006.
