Hi,
This has probably been answered before somewhere, but I couldn't find it. So apologies if this is a repeat enquiry.
Whilst cleaning the interior of my new pride and joy I have found what appears to be a vent in the panel underneath the steering column. It even has veins that adjust like a vent to open/close. However, so far I have been unable to find a HVAC setting that provides any ventilation through this 'vent', can find nothing in the manual - and it seems an odd place for a vent anyway. Can anyone, please, enlighten me?

If you put the recirculation setting on does the vent suck? A dog is truly man's best friend, Don't believe me? Well lock your wife and your dog in the boot of your car and 2 hours later open it and see who's happy to see you

If it does suck when in recirculation it will make the drive to work more enjoyable  Alive Tuning EGR blanking kit

as above  but also a nads cooler in hot weather
so if you ain't getting any air out of it nomatter what setting your on you have a problem to see dealer about. D4 XS

The "blow" is standard but may be if you want more you have to buy an accessory pack

They are also fitted to the D3
It's a crotch cooler, my SWMBO always closes it  Never get mad - get even !!
